THE RACHANA SENIOR CITIZENS WELFARE TRUST was established as a registered trust under the ageis of RACHANA.
- OBJECTIVES – to improve the quality of life of senior citizens of Mangalore, irrespective of caste or creed.
- METHODOLOGY – Establish Rachana Senior Citizens welfare associations in every Parish of Mangalore.
- Set up a Senior Citizens Recreation Center for the benefit of the Members to enable remain active in their advancing years
- STATUS – Rachana Senior Citizens welfare associations already established at Milagres, Bendur and Rosario. Efforts are on to establish them at other parishes in the city together with a recreation center
